I guess that no one does not like to eat ice cream and it is very popular in the hot summer because of delicious taste and special quenching thirst effect, so do you want to make it by yourself? Today i would like to inform you of the manufacturing methods of homemade ice cream as follows.
First of all, well prepare 4 eggs and egg yolks are needed, egg white not included, two bags of milk and white sugar 20g. Then put egg yolks and white sugar together in a pot and use eggbeater to mix them until creamy white. Certainly, you can also use chopsticks to mix them if not having eggbeater.
Secondly, pour milk into this pot and boil it until slight heated and use ladle to gradually ladle boiled milk into this well made egg liquid as well as evenly stir this mixture whiling pouring. Next pour this well mixed egg milk liquid into this pot and boil it until slight boiled as well as turn off the fire. Meantime, pour this liquid into a container and cool it as well.
Thirdly, put this cooled egg milk liquid into a refrigerator for cold storage, and you’d better stir it every two hours in order to avoid ice slags. If there is cream at home, cut it for around 1 cm and put it in this cooled egg milk liquid as well as evenly stir this mixture. After fully cooled for some time, you can take out it and eat this delicious homemade ice cream happily.
